I Can Help You!

  • Are you feeling like your health has slipped?

  • Gained weight, feeling sluggish, motivation lacking?

  • Struggling with low mood, fatigue or menopause symptoms?

  • Or have you been told by your GP you need to make lifestyle changes?

  • Feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start?

“I help busy mid-life people beat the overwhelm to build healthy habits to reduce stress, balance hormones, manage weight and boost energy- so they feel in control of their health again!”

I'm Zoe, a qualified Health Coach and Registered Nurse.

Hi, I’m Zoe! I am based in Lymm, Cheshire where I live with my family. I am passionate about health and caring for people and have over 23 years experience working as a nurse, latterly working in primary care as a Practice Nurse.

The part of this job I love the most, is working with those who are keen and ready to take action to improve their health but just need some guidance, motivation and support!

This has led me to the path of Health Coaching where I get to focus on all the bits I love and feel passionate about; empowering and supporting people to make lifestyle changes to regain control of their health and feel on top again!

I trained at the CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine gaining a Diploma in Health Coaching. My nursing  background brings a depth of knowledge to my Health Coaching Practice as I have plenty of experience supporting patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease etc.

Knowledge is power and I help clients understand their body and any conditions they have to allow full accountability and empower them to own their health once again.

How it works…

You might be wondering, "What exactly is Health Coaching?" It's a collaborative and supportive process designed to help you identify areas of your health you wish to improve. I guide you in discovering your own path to achieving those goals, understanding that your objectives may evolve as your needs change. The focus is always on making small, sustainable behaviour changes that lead to meaningful, long-lasting transformation.

I work one-to-one, either face-to-face or online, starting with a 90-minute holistic assessment to explore all aspects of your health including nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, happiness and identify 2–3 achievable goals.

From there, we develop a tailored plan, supported by several follow-up sessions of 30-45 minutes every two weeks, so you get guidance, accountability, and adjustments as you progress.

Packages

    • A two session programme for a quick ‘overhaul’ to get back on track

    • 90 minute holistic assessment

    • 1 x 30-45 minute follow up session

    • A 4 session programme via Zoom for a whole health re-boot.

    • 90 minute holistic assessment

    • 3 x 30-45 minute follow up sessions

    • An 8 session programme via Zoom for tackling multiple or more complex health problems for a longer, more in-depth journey to sustained lasting health.

    • 90 minute holistic assessment

    • 7 x 30-45 minute follow-up sessions

    • For on-going support you can book additional sessions ( if completed one of the programmes above)

    • 45 minutes follow-up

  • “I liked how Zoe put the emphasis on me to choose what I thought I could try eating instead of prescribing what foods I should eat. As she placed the decision onto me about how I would change my diet, this created more “buy-in” from myself about the changes I would have to make”

    Mark

  • “Thank you for coming to see me and discussing with me ways to improve my lifestyle. I knew I wasn't eating well and exercising consistently but having the opportunity to think about my lifestyle and discuss it with someone has really helped me focus and also now given me the "want" to improve my diet and exercise and reduce my blood pressure through more natural corrections rather than being prescribed medication by my GP”

    Tom

  • “Really happy with the sessions, think they would be great to continue.

I got some really good ideas from you on how to adapt my lifestyle”

    Jo

  • “Zoe is both knowledgeable and approachable. I felt able to discuss any concerns I had and Zoe was able to provide me with an informed response as to why I might have them and what we could do together to address them”

    Helen

  • “I think most people know what is good for physical and mental health, but having that expert knowledge to address those concerns for my individual needs, along with explaining the how and why I would see improvement was really helpful. I feel I have made real positive progress after my sessions with Zoe and have seen real results from the goals we set in our sessions”

    Helen

  • “The process of exploring problem areas and setting realistic, achievable goals has been extremely valuable. It has highlighted the role of preparation in promoting a sustainable healthy lifestyle and improving time management”

“Having Zoe as my health coach has provided clarity, guidance, and encouragement. As a result, I feel significantly more empowered, focused, and motivated to continue this journey with the goal of being able to hold myself to account”
